Even though I was born and grew up in Manila, there is no other city where I have lived in longer than Vancouver. For over 30 years since Expo ‘86, I’ve had the pleasure to experience, get to know intimately and watch Vancouver grow and progress to the world-class city it now is, having resided in the Westside, Eastside and Downtown Vancouver.
A graduate of Vancouver College, I moved on to complete my Bachelor of Commerce from UBC where I focused on Accounting and Finance. Following university, I worked in various capacities and industries prior to going into real estate full time: as a Controller for private businesses, and for over a decade, in sales & marketing for some of the most loved and iconic luxury brands in the world. Through this time, I’ve always had a passion for real estate, having owned and completed a number of real estate projects in Vancouver since 1999: from a full renovation of a 1930’s craftsman home down to the studs, to site selection, designing and building a modern home from the ground up, to purchasing investment property.
